If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days at addictednaturals@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll provide a pre-paid return label or a refund option. Handmade items and limited-stock products may be handled case-by-case; if an item is out of stock we’ll contact you with options including a refund, exchange, or estimated restock date, and refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received or the out-of-stock refund is approved.
